Karen Ames, Managing Director         

Karen Ames is passionate about education and helping individuals achieve their dreams. Karen has 24 years experience in a corporate environment, a Masters Degree in Business Administration and is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.

 

She has always been committed to life-long learning and personal development. To complement her extensive business experience she is also a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), which gives us an insight into how our mind works.

 

For 12 years Karen has been a Chair of Governors of a high school and spent 8 years in the education industry and is an accredited facilitator.   

 

David Ames, Finance Director

 

With over 30 years experience in the public and private sectors David is licensed by the Association of Accounting Technicians.  He can provide pragmatic business solutions within any context and is a committed practitioner of Continual Professional Development.  

 

David’s forte is working with new business owners to set up new ventures and providing sound advice on setting up management practices and disciplines.
